Birthday Party Times:

Friday 4:30-6:30pm
Saturday 12:00-2:00pm, 1:00-3:00pm, 2:30-4:30pm, 3:30-5:30pm, 5:00-7:00pm & 6:00-8:00pm
Sundays 9:00-11:00am,  9:30-11:30am, 11:30am-1:30pm, 12:00-2:00pm, 2:00-4:00pm, 2:30-4:30pm and 4:30-6:30pm
Only $460 for 2 hours

Parties Include:

  • Use of Ninja obstacles.
  • Ninja Kids invitations.
  • Qualified and experienced coaches to provide structured activities for the entire party.
  • Use of the kitchenette and reception area, including tables, fridge freezer, sink, microwave and kettle.
  • Provide your own food so you can bring whatever you like!
  • Up to 20 children. (additional children can be added at $15 per child)
  • Free Ninja Kids tattoo for every child that attends the party!
  • A free gift for the birthday child!
  • Parties are for children turning 5 years or older. All guests must be over the age of 4 years old.
  • Party guests must wear comfortable clothes and sneakers.

All party guests must have a signed online waiver prior to attending if they have not attended Ninja Kids previously.

Please note, at various times, there may be another party within the venue. Parties will be run separately with their own party area!

Do I need to complete a waiver form?
Yes, a waiver form will need to be completed for each child attending a birthday party. The waiver is available to complete online. You will receive a specific link in your booking confirmation email.
Please note children will not be allowed to participate without a completed waiver form.

How many guests can I have at my party and what is the minimum age?
The maximum number of guests at Hornsby is 40 and the maximum at Brookvale is 32.
Our parties are for children turning 5 years or older. All guests must be over the age of 4.
How long is a party?
Our parties last for 2 hours and you can arrive 15 minutes prior to the party to set up.
What time & how long are the party breaks?
There will be 2 breaks throughout the party. One 20 minute break in the middle of your booked time slot for food, and another 10 minute break at the end of the party for cake.
Do you provide the invitations?
Yes, when you book your party, you will be sent a link to login to your account where you can download personalised invitations for your party.
What do I need to bring with me?
You need to bring along your own party food along with cups, plates and anything else you might need to serve your food. We have a small selection of spare utensils and serving dishes as back up but cannot guarantee we will have what you need! You may also bring with you a tablecloth and any decorations you would like to set up in your party area. Our party table is about 4m long
What do the children need to wear?
Children will need to wear enclosed shoes, ideally sneakers and comfortable clothes.
Can we have a joint birthday party?
For party bookings for more than one birthday child (joint parties/twins etc.) there will be a $20 charge per extra birthday child.
Can I go into the obstacle area with my child?
Parents may enter the area with their child however at no time are they allowed on the equipment or obstacles. We ensure our coaches are guiding the children and maintaining a safe environment throughout the party.
Do you have a fridge/freezer for us to use?
You will have access to a fridge/freezer as well as a kitchenette including a kettle, sink and microwave.
Can I cancel or change the date of my party?
Parties may be cancelled at your request however your $100 deposit is non-refundable for change of mind.
Your party date/time may be changed free of charge if more than 21 days’ notice is given from your original booking date by emailing bookings@ninjakids.com.au If within 21 days a $30 fee is applied to your booking. If the gym is closed to unforeseen circumstances, you may postpone or request a refund for
your deposit paid.
In the case of illness please notify us immediately so we can discuss the change of plans.
When do I make the final payment for my party?
Payment is made on the day of your party.
When do I need to confirm numbers and guests?
Two weeks prior to the party you will need to confirm numbers by creating your guest list using the link in your confirmation email. You must enter first and last names onto the guest list, including the birthday child.
